Morning shower, breakfast, blogging followed by errands to Lowes for a VCR mount (they didn’t have, and Home Depot was out of stock), the liquor store (wasn’t I just there yesterday!) for booze for the train ride. I love the fact that Amtrak lets you bring on your own booze (including wine for dinner) if you are staying in one of their sleeping cars.
During the errands to car flippedd 101010 on the odometer — very geeky all those 0s and 1s.
Train is at 4:45pm — and since it leaves from Seattle’s King Street Station, at least I know it will be on time which is a serious problem for the Coast Starlight, and the reason I am using part of a $500 travel voucher for this trip.
