Plane landed at 5am. Actually managed sleep for 2-3 hours, Jeff was more like 4+ hours. His ride flaked because of living on Beacon Hill and ice and frozen roadways — Gnarlene came to the rescue.
Got back to Jeff’s house where I’d parked. Did I mention that it was like 28 degrees outside and I’m still feeling the effects of the sun? Went to start the van…. doors unlock, but refuse to open. Driver, passenger sides frozen shut. Finally got the rear hatch open and crawled through and kicked the driver’s side door open. Now WHY did I come home?
Slept until almost noon, then started doing laundry. Found the bag with all the t-shirts and socks I wanted to take to Hawai’i but couldn’t find when packing.
Hopefully Jonathan for dinner. Rest of the day is just getting settled, doing a little work, drinking a lot of coffee.
