Well, I guess ex-jockey’s aren’t cowboys, and I doubt he’ll let me ride him, but having dinner with Adam in the Founder’s Room before the Symphony tonight.
But first there is the stop at Boeing Surplus to find a nice pull handle for the attic stairs — something labelled like “Remove Before Flight” — anything will beat the basic cord that is there now.
Time to pull down the wall between the kitchen and living room? Would be good to see what is in that wall besides a light switch. Guess I could also take out the kitchen counters now that the upper cabinets are out. Still have to figure out sink plumbing and adding dishwasher and ice-maker.
Dinner reservation for 6pm. Cocktails at 5 in the apartment? Park below the hall, dinner, then the symphony. Sounds good to me.
