Damn! Missed garbage pickup by about 20 minutes — I knew there was a reason I was planning on staying at the house last night.

Lots of little things to do today:

• Sand and stain the couple of spots so it will be ready to seal tomorrow
• Fix the tiny little leak in the dishwasher water supply
• Router the edges of the office bed, seal, and mount casters so I have a temporary bed to sleep in
• Paint the laundry room so I can mount the cabinet above the washer/dryer combo
• Install the washer dryer combo and test
• Call Josh and see if he can finish the drywall tomorrow
• Do my quarterly business taxes and get them in the mail
• See if Helene is willing to do the last coat of varnish tomorrow (or Sunday)
• and maybe I’ll build a dining table as well.

Tonight is Light in the Piazza which premiered a couple of years ago at the Intiman and is now back at the Paramount as part of the Broadway Across America series. The show is part of my Intiman series this year, and even though I had to change my night, I got seats close to my usual front row seats that I have at the theatre in Seattle Center.

My date is the lovely and talented Space Otter with dinner at Dragon Fish before the show.
