Well, not a kingdom for my bed — it just looks like my bed is the size of a kingdom in the front bedroom. The thing is HUGE and it only takes a full-size/double mattress (which I need to buy). Jeff helped me haul it in from the garage and assemble it — it’s been in the attic of the church for almost five years. It was made by Surfer Bryan out of driftwood. I had forgotten how structurally sound it was. Need to shorten the bed slats and maybe sink them into the frame just a bit for a little more finished look.
Wonderful Jeff was over to pick up all the toner and service cartridges for a printer I sold him, and take me to dinner at Jalisco’s Mexican Restaurant on 14th. Consistent food, good margaritas, but the chili rellenos aren’t as good as my mothers.
Main part of the day was filled with putzing around the house, going to Storables (again), installing the Storables stuff and keeping up with email. Sounds kinda boring when I think about it. Need to do a serious attack on some of the projects around here.
