Well, those stories about the Nintendo Wii being a dangerous toy are true.
Last night I was bowling….
Well, the next thing I know, there is a HUGE crash and glass and wine everywhere. It seems that I slammed the controller into my full wine glass propelling it into a fired stoneware pot by John Weber of SugarRunClayworks. The pot won. I got to clean up the mess. After looking at the photo, I revise that with — I smacked it so hard the top of the glass just totally shattered.
Getting a little exercise can be dangerous! It is true that I start working up a sweat bowling and playing tennis. My best score bowling last night was 191 (before the wine incident).
Of to pick up lumber and use Mark’s band saw in SW Washington, then to Oly to meet with Melba, and then Greg, then play poker. Either back to Seattle late tonight, or leave Oly really early to catch my 7:25am flight to Tampa/St. Pete. Used miles (15,000) to upgrade the Seattle to DC flight to a business class seat since it’s a long haul and I know that the food and booze will be worth it.
