Getting closer to getting the SOB project done. I’ve scanned through over 10,000 images in the Library of Congress and downloaded the ones I thought would be good for t-shirts. Got to love public domain images. Of course I also reworked the Man Scouts images to add to the collection as well. At this point I’m going to have to send them a drive with all the info on it — last time I looked, the raw files were clocking in at over 15.5 GIGS with the print files there — guessing the total of the print files will be around 10 gigs — good thing I have spare portable drives!
Drained three of the four rain barrels today watering various things, and if the weather holds I’d better give them a soaking before I leave. I’d hate to come back to a dead garden.
Did do some fun things today. Finally made a logo for the house (no website yet). This is the logo that I want to have Jeff blast into cutting boards for those people who helped out on the house. I don’t know why the background came in black. Must be the WordPress thumbnail software.And even though it’s 80 degrees in the house (And the hot tub is 103) bowled a couple of frames since their wasn’t anything amusing on the tube.
