Today is all about cleaning, prepping, and packing. MoonSong arrives at the standard 9am to touch up paint and then move onto the drywall in the garage — that he can finish while I’m on holiday.
In the meantime I have the house to clean for dinner guests (including MoonSong). Mitch, Kevin, and the slave are coming for dinner (which means I need to do a little last minute shopping as well) and to talk about them purchasing Sufferware from Dan and Lisa. One of my many hats is business broker.
The list is long for today. Got to get the car wired up for the trip with GPS, inverters, laptops — get the cooler ready for drinks, steaks, eggs, and random food products for the trip, get all the painting stuff cleaned up, the table set, the shopping done.
Yikes it’s a lot of work to go on holiday!
And in a SHOCKING turn of events — everyone is out of the house by 8:30. Had time to rewire the HDTV antenna to the attic so solve all my cutting in and out problems — guess I need to drill a hole in my new wall now for a TV feed!
Might get packed and ready for the road yet.
