Well, that sums up my day — the headline that is.
MoonSong came over to evaluate my slow running toilet and crawl under the house. Doubtful it’s roots, probably just a shitty old toilet. We’ll see what the city will offer to replace it with a low-flow model.
With that not taking much time, the lawn got mowed short, and a path dug out from the front garden — that used up all the stone and concrete in the garage — one less pile of stuff from Mr. Wonderful to trip over.
Dentist at 2pm to get my crown mounted. Shopped at the market after — organic beans (yellow and purple), organic cabbage, and a nice almost two pound slab of halibut — the first of the season. Nice having a dentist right n the Pike Place Market.
Jill coming for a meeting at 6pm, then dinner when Jameson gets home. The happy family back again.
