After morning coffee and toast — off to the Kent Valley on an errand run.
Bradlee Distributing for a range hood — $150 for a 36″ black — two light settings, four fan speeds. Looked much better before I crimped the corner a bit when I slammed the rear door. Found them on craigslist (well, Jonathan did) — they are selling off all their samples and demo models. They had some cool stuff — including pot fillers for by the stove.
Next stop was the General for a little BBQ for lunch. Well, maybe not little — I didn’t even eat the buns and I was stuffed with the beans and potato salad. Pulled pork was the main.
Then off to Harbor Freight to see if they had a stake kit for the trailer and the lift gate kit. Turns out the lift gate was on sale — any if you bought the extended warranty you got another 15% off, which made the warranty a $10 savings…. not enough to pay for the tax, but close.
Home to play catch up on all the stuff I’ve been putting off, getting the reading done. Of course, didn’t get much done before Wonderful showed up to go through artwork, then go the post office and return with salad for drinks and dinner with Jameson once he’s home.
Dinner of tri-tip and salad — with Wonderful making pupu’s to hold us over.
Curtis and his new roommate stopped over after dinner for a little visit and to drop off a banner for Jameson – and we are meeting over there tomorrow for dinner.
