Some 4-6 rapids this morning, with enough sun time in between to dry off. Looks like layover day has been pushed back a bit as we try and get some mileage covered. Our 14 miles a day is only being hit 50 percent of the time.

Lunch at Elves Chasm. Most went hiking after lunch. I hung around the water relaxing with some quite time — if we were still in the sun I’d bath. I’m charging Matt’s Treo (same model) while they hike. Soon it will be time to charge mine as well — one of the reasons I was looking forward to layover day.

Spaghetti and meatballs for dinner. That should give me gas and heartburn ofter two nights of beans.
