Jill needs to be at the airport at 7:30am — so it’s out of bed at 6am. This has got to stop. Easy flight to Honolulu — the woman at the desk at the Crown Club is starting to recognize both Jill and I. Flight to Seattle was at 2:30 (because of daylight savings time). [...]
