Glad To Be Home.

Glad to be home — if only for a week. I hate coach — I had an empty seat next to me until a non-revenue passenger showed up at the last minute — he was visiting his fiance in Hawaii for the two hour layover! So — I have a tired, cranky, love-sick guy next to me for five hours. At least I’m home for a week.

Flight was half an hour late leaving, meaning half an hour late getting in — pity the people on board who had red-eye flights out from Seattle.

Finally looking at the calendar I have a week before I leave for the East Coast. Can I get a shower installed in the church by then — or is it the chunk of time from December 2nd to the 18th when I leave for New Mexico for Christmas. I’m getting tired — or maybe it’s the head/chest cold from all the flying.

Sleeping late. This is the 1:30am update. More later….

Here’s my motherly advice: Until you leave on your next trip, do nothing. Enjoy your new home, wander around your neighborhood, drink some fine wine, sleep late, watch old movies, read a good book. Delay all work (yes, mine too)Take naps and vitamin C, go to bed early, breathe. Take the next few days to appreciate being still.

We would love to see you we want to hear all about your adventures, but you will have more fun sharing them with us if you are rested and well. You can do the shower anytime and remember we have tools and Don knows how to use them and how to help.
