Had a great time at the art opening last night, but the place was packed, hot, and stuffy. Really like the stuff that Jameson (wood block cuts) and Natalie (hyper-close-ups of nature) are doing. Jameson has promised me one of his prints.
After a quiet afternoon posting my life on CraigsList to forestall financial crisis down the road, it’s off to a reception in Kirkland for Major Donors (that used to be me) to the Evergreen Fund with a Josh Blue (comedian who graduated from Evergreen) thrown in. I’m taking Jonathan, whose household angst seems to have calmed down to where he is back living in his house again.
Oh — and for those following the hot tub hotness index. The answer at 3:45pm is 92 degrees (headed to 104 degrees).
