A Wiring We Will Go.

Off to the island today to finish up the wiring for the hot water heater and the poo pump. Josh is supposed to be by before leave to pick up the blower from the old furnace — maybe I can talk him into the gas clothes dryer as well! Trying to get things cleared out of the garage. Sort of pre-spring cleaning.

Spent part of this morning watching Saturday Night Livesince I slept through it last night — now I know why Curt doesn’t even have an antenna on his TV — he can watch anything online. That must mess with advertiser’s numbers.

And from the “Doesn’t This Asshole Know HE’s Why We Are In Iraq”, Ralph Nadar announces his third-party, third-time-spoiler, run for the White House. It is because of him that we got George II who got us into the mess in Iraq through his own hubris. Full Story Here.

And full disclosure — please read Curt’s comment to this post for the other side of the story.

More later from the island.

One Response to “A Wiring We Will Go.”

    Hi Mark,

Yep, everything is on the Internet, including the links below from Nader on Meet the Press. His analysis on the 2000 election in Florida is correct, as much as wed like to say that minor parties and issue candidates caused all bad stuff, it is not them, it is us as a country. Nader is right on all issues analysis. I may or may not vote for him, but it is only because the Democrats are a corporate-based party and philosophical and political weaklings to boot. Real differences exist between Ds and Rs, yet they both march the country toward powerless individuals and internationalist corporate control of the economy and worldwide politics. The Ds are part of the fiasco, and we keep empowering them without asking for real people-focused political change. I may vote for Obama, but only for the promise of the future voters and politicos hes engaging in the process now. Obama is more of the same, and I may choose to put my faith in those developing young citizens via the Obama campaign. Otherwise, Nader is right and is worthy of everyones serious consideration.
