The dreaded roof. 80#? 100#? 120#? Who knows, but it has to be boosted up seven feet TWICE. Once to mark out the boards to be cut, and then again, once the boards ARE cut.
Here is the final result (OK, so it’s right before the last baton got put on):
I’ll bring down the tarp once all the landscaping (gravel) and the caulking of the roof line. Then, of course, there is all the work on the inside of the shed to get it all pretty and water-tight, with shelves on both sides.
Lots of work to get done before the May 1st date that I want to re-list the place by.
I’ll be back in the city by dinner time since we caught the (late) 1:40pm ferry. Enough room for another 100 cars or so — dedicated Lopez to Anacortes ferry run this time of the year.
