Dinner tonight with Swanda while watching the election returns. It’s not looking good for Hilary. And speaking of elections, responded to a fund-raising party for Darcy Burner. When I sent this to Curt to see if he would be my date for the event, his response was quick and to the point:
Yes … $%^# yes. Even though this is the worst e-invite I’ve ever gotten for an event (….bad formatting), I’ll go with you because Reichert needs to go bye-bye. I’ll be at your house by 4 pm on May 31. I’ll contribute a max of $XXX, depending on how well they pitch the cause.
