Four dollars for the airport shuttle — hell, even with a 25% tip, that’s five bucks to get to the airport. Should have arranged for them to deliver me to the hotel on the way in.
Got upgraded to First Class — seat 1D, bulkhead aisle. There were extra seats in First Class. Only 8 out of the 12 seats filled in an Airbus A320 — and only 20 or so people in the back. I assume that when it continued on to Los Angeles after San Francisco that it was going to have more people.
Everything running on time, had a little over two hours at SFO to go shopping at my favorite book store — got presents for Jill and Curt, plus a marketing book (Brand Hijack) for me along with a Janet Evanovich book on CD (Eleven on Top).
Took the bus home, picked up some food downstairs, checked email and dealt with business, then off the slumber land.
