It was a very late night last night. 3:30am. Misplaced the car (not mine). Walked home.
Slept until noon then headed towards Ocean Shores. My favorite hot dog stand (The Dog Man) in Aberdeen was closed, so I’ll have to hit that on the way back to Seattle. Will also have to go back to Boeing surplus to replace the router that I sold to Dwight for almost twice what I paid for it.
Got to the WorldMark Ocean Shores around three, with the room ready around four. Read the paper, couldn’t check email since I forgot the inverter and had run out of juice for the laptop.
Jill arrived about five. I had everything unpacked into the fridge when she showed up with even more bags. Lots of booze, and a couple of potatoes and squash. Think we are set for the three days we are here. Tonight is chicken legs on the grill with Arthur Bryant’s BBQ sauce.
Tonight’s movie is Tsotsi — a South African flick set in Johannesburg with huge amounts of black on black crime. Perfect thing for a storm night.
