Well, not stuck all day, just a big chunk of the afternoon while heading to Puyallup to test drive a 2006 Sprinter — turns out its a loaner, so they are willing to knock a couple of thousand off invoice price. Several problems with it are all the seats, might like an extra one until the conversion could be done. It’s white, I want black. It has $3500 worth of extra heating and cooling equipment which knocks 3 inchs off the headroom. And they didn’t have the power package — you know, windows, door locks, etc.

Finally got down to Olympia at a little after five to drop off rental applications at the place on Legion — it’s coming up for rent again starting in March. Had I not bought the place in Seattle I would have just moved to Oly. Oh well. I’ve now gone from one mortgage to three in a little more than a month. Not my idea of a good time. Could always sell the Oly house and clear 50 grand or so…. but I do like the house.

Poker at Curts tonight. Also had a steak dinner there as well. Wish me luck — and await the results in tomorrow’s blog entry.
