Typical Day On The Road.

Well, typical for a St. Pete business trip.

Breakfast at the Chatterbox before heading to the warehouse to let the staff in at 9:30. Got to get the rental car back to Budge before noon with a stop for gas first. Hopefully they won’t call me on the minor boo boo I left on their bumper from backing out at Dan and Lisa’s place.

Got some soap from the retail store front on the way home. Was supposed to get black crew socks as well, but as Dan remembered, they come in later this week.

Lunch at the warehouse — no hot dogs or BBQ for lunch this trip which is the downside of the new warehouse location, the upside being it’s all in one place with room for everything, including a possible gym area for the employees. Note: add that to the SOB website when it happens.

Lisa to run me to the airport this afternoon for my 4:30pm flight to Denver, then on to Seattle (last leg in First Class as an upgrade). Have some new marching orders to work on these coming weeks. Hope to return at the end of June for St. Pete Pride — assuming there is a decent ticket price.

Wow I had now idea you were on the road so much. Glad to see this blog. I’ll stop by from time to time. Also glad to se you maintaining Pucci’s site. He finaly go on the web and edress 2boot.

I worked the Legislative session this year in the State house and it was a great experience. Ge to see lawmaking in action. I was an IT guy runing around fixing network and laptop problems. Mostly user errors. I’ll send a coulp pix and was also on the local news cast. It looks like I’m dicussing an impending bill but really I’m telling a State Senator (from my ol neck of the woods in Wyandott Co.BTW) to back up his shit once in a while (on the server not just C: drive) so he won’t lose it the next time his State owned POS crashes.

Yep — I travel alot… United Flight Mileage (not credit cards or that stuff) is at 29,182 which doesn’t include coming back from Tampa/St.Pete — who knows, might crack the 50K mark again this year.

Pushs my lifetime United flight miles to over 735,000…. and shit, there’s 5,000 on Alaska this year as well.
