It never ceases to amaze me that some in our community who have more don’t offer even a small token to those with less. Yes, they pay their full way to camp — which does include a little bit over and above to cover some (but not much) of the scholarships we offer, and I assume they even pay the 15% from the goods that they sell at the bizarre…. but I guess what annoys me is often they have a professional side, but don’t support their faerie brothers with a “friends and family” discount. Some do, Dolphin (the dentist) is a fine example — he also donates services to the auction (which are always popular)…. but when I hear…. “Oh, you can’t afford me.” End of story, no discussion. It just rankles my hide.
