Only the day will tell what we need today with the snow last night in the Lake Chelan area.

Here is the travel route (if you don’t hear from me again).

The blue trail was yesterday, from Yakima to Chelan Shores, the green is the driving route for today. Pass conditions for I-90 Snoqualmie Pass: http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/traffic/passes/snoqualmie/ and Blewett Pass http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/traffic/passes/blewett/ and on the off chance that I take US2 home, http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/traffic/passes/stevens/ — although looking at the camera view from there, doubtful.

EVENING UPDATE:

Made it back safe and sound. Blewett Pass was compact snow with very light traffic, I-90 was just wet pavement with maximum speed limits posted.
