Well, my nun — who holds my poker money, spent all night pooping it out, and not much time putting back in. And here is the nun — she might be going into retirement if my luck doesn’t change.
On the upside, the flank steaks that I’d marinated for dinner before hand were stunning. The marinade is pretty simple:
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sake
- 3 tablespoons Schezwan Sauce
- 2 tablespoons greated ginger
- couple of cloves of minced garlic
Put the mess is a sealable container, add flank steaks and marinate overnight. Broil at high close to the element for 5-8 minutes a side or until done.
