What was supposed to be a quiet evening at home after a day of meetings took a turn during cocktail hour.

Gnarlene showed up with a copy of his new CD that I did the artwork for — and it looks STUNNING if I don’t say so myself. So, Gnarlene stays for dinner. Then Dancing Bear calls — he’s just finished dinner in West Seattle — can he swing by for a cocktail. Sure. And then the doorbell rings and there is Wonderful with two pieces of art in his hand for Dan and Lisa in Florida.

I have no idea when they all left, but nothing is broken other than my plans for a quiet evening.

Deck update — not done yet, it got way too hot to be working outside (at least for MoonSong). All the deck boards should be screwed in by tomorrow, and the railing will have to wait until next week. New picture probably tomorrow.
