Worked the shop today from 11-3pm… for those last minute wine emergencies. Did a standard Sunday’s worth of sales.
Then it was off to MoonSong’s for a Turkey Day Dinner with Bunny and Nicolas.
Can you say deep fried turkey?
Do not do this on a wooden deck – least you burn the house down.

- Deep-fried Turkey
- Braised Brussell sprouts
- Mashed Patatoes & Gravy
- Sage Dressing
- Cranberry Relish
- Vanilla Cheesecake with Pecan Topping

All I had to do was supply the wine:
- Apple/Pear/Quince cider before
- Provence rosé with the scallops and duxcelles
- Cote du Rhone with the turkey
- Vintage port with the dessert
I was actually home a little after eight. Thanks boys for the great meal.
