You have to wonder if it’s time to sell (my place in South Park) when then the New York Times claims….

Meanwhile the city around it was transformed by the dot-com boom, coffee culture and soaring real estate prices. Then in the late 1990s, displaced artists and artisans drawn by cheap rents started moving to Georgetown to open tile works, Vespa repair shops and glass blowing studios.

Fine — they are talking about Georgetown, but that just north of here, and soon my new house. Is it time to sell? I do tend to throw all things to the wind at once. With the church under contract, maybe it’s time for the South Park place to go as well.
