Slept in, Chris out of the apartment early.

Big news at noon. There is an offer on the Oly house for $210,000. Not bad for listing it on Monday. Apparently six people went through it on Tuesday, and one wrote an offer for $1000 over listing price — maybe I should have made it $219,000! Need to get the paperwork faxed back this afternoon.

Seems I can’t get out of the apartment today. First the house, then booking Scottish Hotels, then my accountant calls with questions. At this rate I’ll still be here at 5pm when Lynne shows up with my mail.

Cocktails and dinner (which I need to do shopping for) with Lynne. After she goes I’ll catch up on all the bills in preparation for leaving for England on Saturday.
