It’s like yesterday all over — Ground Hog Day (the movie) comes to Seattle. Run to the bank to drop off a deposit, then go to the house and move some more boxes. Maybe I’ll have some time for organizing and building shelves today. That would make more room in the garage at least. Lots of cussing and swearing getting those shelves up. But up they are, and filled with stuff.

Also did a test on sanding parts of the new stove and painting it black with high-temp paint. We’ll see how it dries.

The apartment is starting to look a little more “bare”. It’s a good thing Chris shows up with the U-Haul at three tomorrow. That will fill it right back up.

Need to call Josh and figure out if we are doing a Saturday early gig. Need to have him finish the edges of the pocket door wall since they will just be painted. That and I need to get the lighting in. It never ends. Would help if I didn’t travel so much.

Dinner tonight is with Jonathan to talk over serious stuff. (Not copy for the blog, sorry.) Late. 9:00pm.

Guess I’d better pack for London as well. Finally got all the details worked out and bound into the trip book. Stopped at AAA yesterday and picked up a driving map and Fodors 2006 Great Britain guide — it was on sale for half off, so I figured, what the hell, might help us with the Scotland portion of the trip.
