Sears Online Rant.

So, the other day I go to the Sears website to order a dishwasher and range hood – the pages tell me 3-5 days I can pick up my dishwasher at the local store — the range hood, couple of weeks. Fine. Two trips, I need the dishwasher now, I can wait for the range hood.

Confirming email — May 14th you can pick up your goods. What? 3-5 days is now 3-4 weeks. Not going to work. Go back on-line…. how do you cancel an order. Not online! You have to burn your cell phone minutes calling their 1-800 number. Oh — and I can’t just cancel the dishwasher — I have to cancel the whole thing. I love the advice — oh — just refuse the dishwasher and they will credit your account — 3-4 weeks later.

Sears On-line Sucks.

Went to the scratch and dent center today — and there is a dishwasher in my kitchen this evening.
