Had too much fun last night with Jill and Jameson. I’m feeling a little groggy this morning — would that be from too much grog?

Today’s’ agenda before leaving town is to finish the animated ad for the Co-op Buying guide for Shirts of Bamboo. Was working on it yesterday, and have the concept, it’s just that the program (or the operator) are being a little nutty so it’s time to figure out a work around to made this happen ASAP this morning.

Two hour +/- driving time to Kevin Bliss’ place on Hood Canal that used to belong to his grandmother. I’ve heard about it for years, and finally I get to go and see for myself. Years ago I donated stereo and video equipment with my excess from combining houses. I love the start of his directions:

Tomorrow it’s off to Portland to visit the Otterwinkles and take in an art opening on Friday night. Guess I should see if Vava is in town and wants to go with me. Hell, maybe I could even see her kids — who are now college age (that make me old).

and for those that care — no T-Mobile service out here — but the Sprint connection is amazing (for the EVDO card). -83db WITHOUT the external antenna, -80 with the antenna, and it’s actually a little worse with the antenna, which is weird.

Nothing like a little chaise lounger action while hitting on the neighbor boys who are moving piles of flagstone. A friend of Kevin’s came for dinner, which was tilapia and grilled vegetables with a starter of crab cakes.
