Not a bad day at the shop. We are going through a ton of the Spanish Vermouth that we recently started carrying.
This week it was my turn to close up the shop and then head down the hill to a last minute invitation for a traditional St. Patties Day dinner of corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, soda bread and assorted vegetables and salad. It certainly beef the marinated beef that I was planning on having. Guess that will be tomorrow’s dinner.
Got home by ten and stayed up (again) too long to make for an easy tomorrow.
