Up, out, into the shop by 11 to open the doors to… nobody for the first hour or so. An OK Sunday made better by the afterhours tasting with Gage from St. Clouds (the bartender next door, came with appetizers, $12). Great guy, great appetizers (enough that dinner tonight is the salad I forgot to take to the shop today).

Starting to think about the upcoming trip to the “faux nephews” on Wednesday — trying to figure out how to take down some of the vermouth for Julian to play with all the bitters in his collection.
