Nice Day For A Drive.

What a beautiful day for a drive. Temperatures in the 70’s, top down, and only one construction delay. Now if I’d only gotten a picture of me driving with the lamb’s head hat on — not only keeps my head from burning, but my ears from burning and gets LOTS of smiles and thumbs up from other drivers.

Stops on the way to “The Bush” are at Jerry’s Lumber and Hardware in Eugene (TOTALLY awesome place) to check out automatic gate openers for the back gate at the house, and then north to Coburg (mistakenly mentioned as Junction City in a previous entry) to take a factor tour of the Monaco Coach Factory.

Got to Monaco about 45 minutes early so there is a blog entry for today!

From the brochures laying around the lobby — they aren’t as expensive as the Marathons I looked at this spring, but are still far beyond anything I’d be willing to spend. But you know how I love a good factory tour.

Next stop Fred Meyer or Bi-Mart in Salem, then up into the mountains.

Hey! Are you in town? Will you be around for Labor day? We might go for one more local adventure and want to bring you along-I need a lake to swim in! What is good for you?
