Out of the condo by 11am, queyed up at the border for 35 minutes, home by 2:30pm. Not much time at the border booth with the new Enhanced Drivers’ License. By the time you hit the window they already know who you are, and when you entered Canada.

Here is a little short about the The Canadian.

Half a bottle of scotch and half a bottle of wine undeclared.

Not fifteen minutes after I got home, Rich arrived for dinner and an overnight before the trip to Palm Springs tomorrow. Say goodbye to my nap time, yet again.

Dinner was steak and a hodgepodge of frozen vegetables — cleaning out the refrigerator for the trip.

Rich was in bed by ten, me later. Tomorrow’s a big day so it’s short for today.
