A dead morning at the shop until a guy came in and bought a case of $13 a bottle Rioja for the same party that last Sunday the guy came in and special ordered 5 cases of wine for. Apparently Rioja guy was worried that 5 cases weren’t enough. I didn’t point out that he was buying $13 a bottle and the other 5 cases were on the order of $10 a bottle. Sounds like one hell of a church banquet.

Swung by the hospital to grab a bunch of New Yorkers and Wonderful’s hat — all to pass along to Wonderful at the gathering.
